Let’s make sense of it, slow it all down and get you back to peace of mind.
Life can feel overwhelming. It’s more common than you may think for people to check off a lot of the symptoms on this list. Know you aren’t alone. Our pain and struggles can make us feel isolated, but in reality (away from all the highlight reels) many others experience the same thing as you. The lists above are the symptoms I’m most excited to work with in therapy. Most of my past clients would have identified with this list upon entering therapy. There are so many creative ways to create change for you.
As counselors our education covers a wide range of topics. Though I enjoy working with anxiety issues, I also enjoy working with other problems. Throughout my counseling career I’ve seen clients for grief, depression, life transitions, anger, divorce and so on. If you are sensing we may be a fit, but don’t see your symptoms listed above that’s ok! If you’d like, let’s chat anyway. Typically I can know within one phone call if we’d be a good fit, or if one of my colleagues would actually be a better fit for you.
